Plyo Push-up Tutorial

The plyo push-up will work explosive pressing strength in your triceps, shoulders, and chest.
 
To perform the beginner version of the plyo push-up, start in a push-up position. Lower your body in a controlled fashion, keeping your elbows tucked in to your side. Once your chest touches the ground, immediately explode up, lifting your hands up off the ground. Once your hands have landed back on the ground, immediately drop back into another push-up and repeat the movement.
 
 
To perform the advanced version of the plyo push-up, start in a push-up position. Lower your body in a controlled fashion, keeping your elbows tucked in to your side. Once your chest touches the ground, immediately explode up, lifting your hands up off the ground and clapping. Once your hands have landed back on the ground, immediately drop back into another push-up and repeat the movement.
