"In my time training with Jonah, I have learned so much from his techniques and tips and have gotten tremendously stronger. As a collegiate athlete, I always seek to find new ways to build strength Jonah always writes circuits and lifting routines for me when I come home for breaks and in the summer which never fails to help me build strength, and push myself to the limits. The exercises which Jonah writes are tailored specifically to help me with my sport, swimming. Even if you have never been serious about lifting or working out Jonah does an excellent job making sure to teach you, encourage you, and make sure your own goals are met. Jonah is incredibly talented at teaching Kickboxing and BJJ. He is intense, but fair, making sure you are getting the process down before trying to give further techniques to learn.
